A practical approach to IBOR Reform

IBOR reform and transition is high on the agenda of lenders and borrowers in the LIBOR based lending market. During the last 24 months, the Loan Market Association has developed exposure drafts and template documentation for this purpose which is now actually being used to implement the same into loan documentation. This workshop will focus on some of the practical issues and implications that the speakers have come across during the last 12 months in the context of implementing IBOR reform provisions.
