What is/does a Treasurer do?
In the Netherlands, over a thousand financial professionals work in treasury-related positions, with many more globally. Their expertise forms the backbone of financial operations for companies and organizations. However, the field and its career opportunities remain largely unknown, both externally, such as among young talent, and internally within organizations. It’s time to reveal this secret and put Treasury in the spotlight. That’s why we launched the Talk-to-the-Treasurer campaign, aimed at increasing awareness of both the treasury function and treasury professionals. We’ll achieve this through interviews, articles (storytelling), online training, animations, social media engagement, and more.
