Programme

The Fair offers opportunities for profession-related lectures and for practical business cases, as well as treasury product demos. Exhibitors have the option to submit a proposal for a lecture, presentation, business case study or product demo.

Lectures/Business Case Studies/Product Demos

The Fair offers opportunities for profession-related lectures and for practical business cases as well as treasury product demos. Exhibitors have the option to submit a proposal for a lecture, presentation, business case study or product demo.

Lecture/presentation (45 minutes)

You can choose a topical, professional subject in the area of Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management or Treasury Operations. It is not allowed to promote services and products during the lecture/ presentation.

Business case study (45 minutes)

The treasurer speaks, or you can choose to present a business case study with the aim to increase awareness of the added value of your product or service on a content level. This means that the subject has to be presented jointly with your client, the treasurer.

Product demos: workshops (30 minutes)

This category applies exclusively to product presentations. Demo rooms for up to 50 people are available and different product presentations will be spread across the day. Product demo rooms are equipped with screen, beamer, laptop and sound system as well as two headsets and a handheld microphone.

Requirements

A proposal for a lecture of presentation must address the following points:

  • Category Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management or Treasury Operations.
  • Title and detailed description of the content.
  • Learning goal.
  • Name(s) of the speakers.
  • Language.
  • Name of contact for questions and information.

A proposal for a business case study must address the following points:

  • Category Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management or Treasury Operations.
  • Title and detailed description of the content.
  • Learning goal.
  • The name of the company and the contact person, and include confirmation from the person and company in question of its active collaboration with you in the workshop.
  • Name(s) of the speakers.
  • Language.
  • Name of contact for questions and information.

A proposal for a product demo must address the following points:

  • Type and name of the product.
  • Specific relevance for treasurers.
  • Presenter’s name.
  • Language.
  • Name of contact person for questions and information.

The Fair Team will consider the proposals and make a choice on the basis of quality, originality and relevance to the target audience. The selection will take into account organisations which have not previously organised a presentation during the Treasury Fair. Nevertheless, quality remains the first priority.

The deadline for submission for all categories is 1 November 2024

  • Submissions received after 1 November 2024 will not be considered.
  • Submissions from parties not having paid the invoice for stand hire before 1 November 2024 will not be dealt with.
