Sponsorship packages

The following sponsorship packages are available (all prices are excluding VAT):

Dinner and Meet & Greet – € 25.000
For more information, please refer to the text below.

Dinner – € 15.000
During an informal buffet on Thursday 14 March, before the Meet & Greet, the sponsor can promote its organisation by placing branded items (serviettes, flags, food) on the tables and/or handing out a give-away. In consultation with the Fair Team, there is also an option of gaining extra attention by organising something entertaining.

Meet & Greet – € 15.000
Build-up or brand your companies grand café and invite the guests to join your team for drinks and bites. The Meet & Greet provides the opportunity for an informal get-together with the Dutch Treasury Community. 

Opening Masterclass – € 15.000
The well-attended Masterclass has been a permanent feature of the Treasury Fair since 2009. As a sponsor of the Masterclass your companies profile and/or logo will be included  on the Treasury Fair’s website, on the screens in the Masterclass room and in the printed conference brochure.

Hotel room drop – € 2.750
The sponsor can provide a promotional gift with a personal message in the hotel room of the delegates. Alternatively, a voucher can be handed out to collect a gift at the stand. Text and gifts have to be approved by the Fair Team.

Kanjerketting (charity prize) – € 2.500
For many years, DACT has sponsored the KanjerKetting, the reward system which has been developed to give children with cancer moral support during their long, intensive and often painful treatment. The ‘KanjerKetting’ is an expensive programme. Therefore, we will be selling € 5 lottery tickets at the Fair. During the closing lunch, three tickets will be drawn and the holders will be the lucky winners of an iPhone. The prizes will be donated by a sponsor and DACT. The sponsor’s logo will be included on the website and all Fair participants will be informed on this project via an e-mail. During the draw, the sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the screens.

Digital delegate list – € 2.250
A digital delegate list, including a full-colour A5 advertisement, will be sent to all participants by e-mail (exact page to be confirmed).

Keycords – € 2.250
Your companies name or logo will be placed on the keycords for the name badges.

Sushi tasting – € 1.750
Transform your stand into a sushi bar and invite the visitors to taste some sushi on Thursday or Friday.

Stand prices

During this edition of the DACT Treasury Fair we will offer two types of stands, a Medium or Large stand. Different from other editions, all stands consist of standard shell scheme panels and therefore will have the same look and feel. The backwall/ panels of the stand will all be printed with artwork submitted by your company. Further details of these two types of stands can be found below.

Deadlines

The deadline for ordering the stands is 13 February 2024. After this date, we do not issue a delivery guarantee for it.

Deadline for submitting the graphic files for printing the back wall is 20 February 2024. For orders and/or files for which we receive an agreement on or after 1 March 2024 for production, there is a surcharge of 20%.

However, from 8 March 2024 there will be a surcharge of 100% on all orders and/or files. The surcharges are not a guarantee that the production of orders after the deadline is feasible.

All graphic products/materials will be destroyed after the Fair, unless otherwise agreed.

Entrance tickets

The stands are offered without entrance tickets. Tickets must be ordered separately for all participants representing the exhibitor (including the stand personnel).

Maximum numbers apply:

  • Medium stand: 4 tickets (either day ticket or 24-hour ticket).
  • Large stand: 6 tickets (either day ticket or 24-hour ticket).

Day ticket – € 250

  • Valid either on Thursday 14 March from 12:00-18:45 hrs. or on Friday 15 March 2024 from 8:00 – 13:30 hrs.
  • Access to the exhibition floor
  • Participation in the Masterclass, workshops and product demos
  • Lunch and closing drinks

24-hours ticket – € 700

  • Valid on 14 and 15 March 2024.
  • Access to the dinner on Thursday evening (buffet including drinks)
  • Access to the Meet & Greet on Thursday evening (free drinks and finger food)
  • Hotel stay, including breakfast, at the Van der Valk Schiphol A4 Hotel
  • Access to the exhibition floor
  • Participation in the Masterclass, workshops and product demos
  • Lunch and closing drinks

Important

The dinner and Meet & Greet on Thursday evening is open exclusively to 24-hours ticketholders.
